Individual Shooting Events
(Open to Everyone)

Participation Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Sound physical and mental condition
• No alcohol, medication (tablets/drugs), or other intoxicating substances may be consumed prior to shooting (any violation will result in immediate exclusion from the event)
• No pacemakers
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate (as this could harm the baby from as early as the 10th week of pregnancy)

Clothing:

• Sporty, form-fitting streetwear
• Flat-soled shoes

Additional Information:

• One quiet spectator per shooter is very welcome
• Photography is allowed
• You may take the paper target home with you as a souvenir

🎯 Our Language Lowdown
We love hosting international guests – but we’ve got our crew's back! 
So here’s the no-nonsense lowdown on how we roll:

• Standard setting: Our events usually run in German. That’s our home turf.

• Mixed language chaos? Nope. If only one person speaks German and the rest chat away in a language our team doesn't understand – that’s a major safety red flag for us. We need to understand what’s being said (think: safety drills and emergencies). So here’s the deal: Either everyone gets German, or we switch it up.

• The big exception (English): Does EVERYONE speak fluent English? Awesome! Then we’ll rock the event in English. BUT – and this is a hard rule – once we start, only English is allowed during the entire event. No sneaky switching to your native tongue, or we’ll have to shut it down.

• Mandatory heads-up: You must tell us your language setup before booking. We need that info to plan our staff and get the right guide on board.
• Since we cannot split groups into separate English and German sessions, we require a minimum of 3 participants or a minimum order value of €300.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Event Guidelines)

1. Event Schedule, Punctuality & Grouping
We have incorporated a reasonable time buffer into all event schedules to ensure that the maximum number of shots can generally be achieved. The Participant acknowledges that subsequent customers are entitled to commence their events punctually. Any delay on the part of the Participant may result in the forfeiture of the voucher. The time slot booked, whether agreed verbally or in writing, is binding and shall be billed in full accordingly. If the Participant is not booking as a closed/private group, we expressly reserve the right to combine multiple customers into a single group at our sole discretion.

2. Scope of Services & Voucher Validity
The event covers the services described herein, including lane/stand rental, a professional instructor, weapons, ammunition, a 10-ring target, steel targets, and insurance. Vouchers are subject to the standard three-year statute of limitations in accordance with Section 195 of the German Civil Code (BGB). After one year from the date of issuance, we reserve the right to retroactively invoice the Participant for any price increases attributable to rising material costs. Vouchers are non-transferable in part and may not be divided or redeemed by multiple persons.

3. Cancellation Fees
The time specifications stated on the vouchers serve informational purposes only. In the event of a cancellation made fewer than five (5) days prior to the scheduled shooting appointment, the following cancellation fees (calculated as a percentage of the total voucher/booking value) shall apply:

• 25% of the total value for cancellations made up to four (4) days prior to the appointment;
• 50% for cancellations made three (3) days prior to the appointment;
• 75% for cancellations made two (2) days prior to the appointment;
• 80% for cancellations made on the day before the appointment;
• 100% for cancellations made on the day of the appointment itself.

A cash redemption or payout of the voucher is expressly excluded.
